2018 24HOP Pre-Ride and Course Maintenance Campout, sponsored by REI Tucson

Join SDMB and REI Tucson for our 3rd annual 24HOP Pre-ride Campout and Course Maintenance weekend on Saturday, February 3 and Sunday, February 4! It takes a lot of work to get the 24HOP course ready for the race, and we need your help!

Just like last year, we will do course maintenance on Saturday morning, a lap on Saturday afternoon, a night lap on Saturday night (a great opportunity to try out night riding if you’ve never done it), and another lap on Sunday morning with an optional detour to ride Painter Boy and Bones trails (two awesome backcountry trails).

All events will be based from the Rock Drop area, just N of the main 24 Hour Town area. For directions, go here: http://bit.ly/2B7NQvC.

Please note that AZSLD Recreational Permits are required for any riding or camping at the 24HOP outside of the event weekend. Permits are only $15, and you can get yours here: https://land.az.gov/natural-resources/recreational-permits.
